Ethiopia Education Initiatives (EEI) is led by a mission-driven group of professionals who recognize that talent is universal whereas opportunity is not. We are committed to empowering Ethiopia’s most promising and motivated youth, for whom such opportunity is limited, through a transformative education. We believe investing in these talented young people is investing in the communities they will shape and lead–be those communities local, national or global.  

Our flagship project, Haile‑Manas Academy, is a model, first-of-its kind boarding school that delivers academic excellence in a residential setting that promotes community, service and leadership.
